With a partner complete:
3 rounds for time:
Row 1000m
50 Burpees
50 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
Run 800m

**For this workout, you will split the work in half. You will both do the 800m run together. You cannot move on the the next station until the previous one has been completed. While your partner is working, you can choose from the following items to be doing. You must rotate stations each time your partner is working.
A. Jump Rope
B. Ball Slams
C. Wall Jumps (Shoot-throughs if it is raining)

MOD 1: BJ (20″, 3 plates)

MOD 2: BJ (3 plates, 2 plates)
