Level 1 & 2 WOD:

With a partner complete:
8 rounds:
21 Deadlift (185,125)
15 Pull-ups
9 Front Squats (185,125)

**One person will complete one full round. The other person will row for calories while waiting for their turn. Each person will complete 4 full rounds. Choose a weight between the two of you that will give you both a good challenge on the front squat. Close to 80% of your 1RM front squat. Use the same weight for DL and FS.

MOD 1: (155,105), green band

MOD 2: (135,95), med. black band

MOD 3: (115,75), large black band

MOD 4: (95,65), ring rows
