Level 2 WOD:

With a partner complete:

4 Rounds: (4 round each)

50 Double Unders

15 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (35.25 in each hand)(touch the DB to the ground on each round)

Down/Back Walking Overhead Lunges (35,25 in each hand)

 

**While one person completes one full round, the other will complete AMRAP of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Side/Side Twists with plate (35,25)(L+R=1)

**Your score will be a  total time to completion and an AMRAP score.

 

Level 1 WOD:

With a partner complete:

50 DU Attempts

15 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (10# in each hand)

Down/Back Walking Overhead Lunges with plate (25,15)

 

**While one person completes one full round, the other will complete AMRAP of:

5 Pull-ups or Ring Rows

10 Push-ups on feet or knees

15 Side/Side Twists with plate (25,15)(L+R=1)

**Your score will be a  total time to completion and an AMRAP score.

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: DU attempts, DB (25,18#KB)
