10 Strict Pull-ups (use the lightest band possible or ring rows (elevate your feet if necessary))

10 Back Squat @ 70% of your 1RM

10 Strict Pull-ups

8 Back Squat @ 75% of your 1RM

10 Strict Pull-ups

6 Back Squat @ 80% of your 1RM

10 Strict Pull-ups

4 Back Squat @ 85% of your 1RM

then…

100 Sit-ups (Hold a slam ball or a plate (35,25) behind your head. Or go as heavy as possible. No momentum from the arms today)
