10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Power Cleans (115,75)
Pistols (L+R=2)
In between each round, do a 30 second L-sit between boxes

 

Level 1 WOD:

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Power Cleans (75,55)
Jumping Lunges (L+R=2)
*In between each round, do a 30 second L-hang on the pull-up rig

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: PC (95,65), Pistols to a ball

MOD 2: PC (75,55), 2x Air squats with feet touching, L-Sit (feet tucked in)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: PC (65,45), Regular lunges (no jumping)

MOD 2: PC (45,35), Regular lunges, L-hang (feet tucked in)
