**Sets will be at following %’s – 65%, 70%, 75%,80%,85%
**In between sets, do 5 Push-ups on your feet with perfect form. If this is easy for you, Do a deficit push-up. If this is hard for you, use a band under your hips to help you out.
**Medium-heavy weight. Suggested (135,95). Choose a weight that you can do sets of 5-7 as unbroken. This may be a hard unbroken set of 5-7, but possible with a little bit of determination.
