35 Double Unders
1 Clean and Jerk
**For this workout, you will pick your weight for the clean and jerk. The goal is to go as heavy as possible. The catch is that you have to do the same weight for all seven rounds and you cannot go down. If you miss the lift, then you just go back to double unders and do not add that weight to your score.
*There are 2 scores for the WOD, one is time to completion. The other is total amount of weight lifted. So, going heavy will pay off for the second score, however, use some strategy so that you don’t miss any lifts. Push your limits! Do not sandbag!
