Strength Session:

5 x 30 second superman holds, 30 seconds rest between sets

**Hold arms overhead, keep your chin neutral


Reverse TABATA (10 seconds on, 20 seconds off x 8 rounds)

False grip ring holds (elbows bent to 90 degrees) or Pull-up holds (elbows bent to 90 degrees)



AMRAP in 7 minutes:

5 High Box Jumps

3 Heavy Power Cleans
