(Have you met Art yet?  He has been crushing it in the early am classes and is eager to make some big gains!  We are so excited to have him as part of the CFJ family!)

Strength Session:

Push Press:


**All sets to be completed at 85%

**In between sets, complete a 10 second handstand hold in between sets.


Level 2 WOD:

100 Pull-ups for time

**Every time you break a set, complete 5 burpees

**Score is a total time to completion and a total number of burpees completed.


Level 1 WOD:

3 Rounds for time:

30 Sit-ups

20 Ring Rows

10 Burpees

Level 2 WODS:

MOD 1: Green Band

MOD 2: Medium Band
