Post Scores to Whiteboard…Rounds + Weight used for DL

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
21 Pull-ups
Handstand Walk Across Gym (From whiteboard to bay door)
9 Deadlifts (75% of 1RM)

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
12 Pull-ups
9 Kick to Handstand
6 Deadlifts (75% of 1RM)

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: Accumulate 15 seconds of Freestanding HS hold, Green Band PU, DL (70%)

MOD 2: Accumulate 15 seconds of HS hold against wall, Med. Black Band PU, DL (65%)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: Black Band PU, 9 Donkey Kicks, DL (70%)

MOD 2: Ring Rows, Accumulate 30 second DB Press Hold overhead (35,25), DL (65%)
