Level 2 WOD:
With a partner complete:
20 minute AMRAP
8 Push Press (95,65), Partner Holds a Side Plank
10 Toes To Bar, Partner Holds a Regular Plank
12 Medicine Ball Cleans (20,16), Partner Does 1 Rope Climb

**For this workout, one person will complete one full round of the exercises on the left and the other partner will do the exercises on the right.  Then Swtich.  Score is total number of rounds completed of the exercises on the left.

Level 1 WOD:
With a partner complete:

8 Push Press (empty bars), Partner Holds a Side Plank–go on knees and elbow if necessary
10 V-ups, Partner Holds a Regular Plank–go on elbows if necessary
12 Medicine Ball Cleans (10,6), Partner Does 3 assisted rope climbs
