Level 2 WOD:

For time:
Round A:21-15-9-30
Round B:18-12-6-30
Round C: 15-9-3-30
Round D: 12-6-1-30

Push-up
Double Crunch
Muscle-up
Double Unders

 

**Example: Round A- 21 PU, 15DC, 9MU, 30 DU – Time: _____. No breaks between rounds, just note your time at the end.
