(Even simple things like running and rowing require tons of technique practice.  Here is last week’s 6pm class practicing using their hamstrings for running with greater efficiency. No matter what you are doing, no matter how simple.  Make sure that you are practicing good habits and improving your movement patterns with each and every rep.)
