(No doubt that Brie is getting out of her comfort zone and getting those results!  If we don’t give ourselves anything but comfort, all we find a is a plateau.  Keep striving to find new heights for yourself.)

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes

With a partner:

Partner A: Run 400m with a medicine ball (20,14)

Partner B: AMRAP until partner finishes their run

5 Handstand Pushups

10 Pistols (L+R = 2)

15 Slam Ball Sit-ups (30,20)

**Score is combined total # of reps completed over the 20 minutes between both partners. Each 400m run completed counts as 10 reps to add to your final score.

15 Weighted Sit-ups with a plate (25,15)
