(Using tools like a ball to help you improve is a great way to ensure proper movement, full range of motion, and progress.  There is no shame in using these kinds of tools.  It shows a commitment to excellence, integrity, and common sense.  Amber did this particular lift 8 TIMES until she finally hit that ball.  She wanted a good rep and made sure she got it!  Way to persevere Amber!)
