1 Rep Max Hang Squat Snatch

*** you will get 3 lifts to hit a max and will do 1 lift every two minutes.  If you miss the lift you cannot go down in weight and must wait till the next 2 minute segment to retry the lift.

then (after 2 minutes)….

Max distance Handstand Walk in 3 minutes

***For those that cannot do a handstand walk…. you can practice one of the following skills instead:

1. freestanding handstands

2. freestanding headstands

3. tripod holds- head off the floor

4. tripod holds – head on the floor
