Level 2 WOD:

In teams of 4 complete:
For time:
250 Chest to bar pull-ups
250 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
250 Double-unders
250 Overhead squats (95/65)

**Only one athlete works at at a time. Split the work evenly, but divide the sets up however your team needs to.  While the person is working on the reps, the other three teammates will be doing bear complexes (95,65).  You will do one bear complex and then switch people.  Score will be the total time to completion plus the number of bear complexes completed.

120 Pull-ups
200 Kettlebell swings (35/20)
200 Double-unders
120 Overhead squats (75/55)

**Only one athlete works at at a time. Split the work evenly, but divide the sets up however your team needs to.  While the person is working on the reps, the other three teammates will be doing bear complexes (45,35).  You will do one bear complex and then switch people.  Score will be the total time to completion plus the number of bear complexes completed.
