WOD:

7 x 5 minute rounds:

2 rounds of

5 Ball Slams

5 v-ups

followed by:

Overhead Squats

 

Round 1: 10 OHS

Round 2: 7 OHS

Round 3: 3 OHS

Round 4: 3 OHS (this will be your heaviest round)

Round 5: 3 OHS (same weight as round 3)

Round 6: 7 OHS (same weight as Round 2)

Round 7: 10 OHS (same weight as Round 1)

 

**Example- Round 1

5 balls slams, 5 v-ups, 5 Ball Slams 5 v-ups, 10 OHS, rest in whatever time you have left until the 5 minute mark (add weight to the bar to be prepared for round 2).

**the only rest time is the time remaining in the 5 minute segment. Your goal is to get as heavy as possible on Round 4 for a 3RM for the day.
