(Balance is one of the 10 general skills of physical preparedness that we work on every day in CrossFit.  Here Tracey is giving herself a balance check as she practices her pistols with a candlestick roll.  Squaring your body over your support base is the name of the game for balance.  Notice how her shoulders are slightly rotated over the top of her support leg.  This is the key to balance.)
