**We will do 15.1 and 15.1a beginning at 9am tomorrow morning.  The WOD below is for the 8am class only.

 

Level 1 and 2 WODs

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
3 Rope Climbs (L2-to the top)(L1-1 rope climb to the top)
20 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
3 Stone Carry Down/Back in Gym (L2-115,70)(L1-70,40) (Down/Back = 1)
**Each time you set the stone down, stop and do 5 burpees immediately

**Modify as necessary
