(A little inspiration for your Monday.  You are capable of anything you put your mind to. It may not happen overnight, but with hard work, trust, and faith in the process, its only a matter of time!)

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 9 minutes:
Bar Muscle-ups
Deadlift (185,125)

**Start with 2 reps of each, then 4 reps of each, then 6 reps of each, etc…. Continue adding two reps to the pattern each round until the 9 minutes is complete. Score is the total number of reps completed in the 9 minutes.

 

Level 1 WOD:

Shoot Throughs
Deadlift (135,95)

**Start with 2 reps of each, then 4 reps of each, then 6 reps of each, etc…. Continue adding two reps to the pattern each round until the 9 minutes is complete. Score is the total number of reps completed in the 9 minutes.

– 5 minutes easy jump rope (take breaks as needed and practice tricks.. it’s fun!)
