(First day of CrossFit Mini’s was a hit! Smiling faces, good exercises, learned about healthy foods like strawberries, and had a blast!)

MOD 1: BMU (5 C2B Pull-ups + 5 Ring Dips), Pistols to a ball

MOD 2: BMU (5 Strict Chin Over PU + 5 Ring Dips), Pistols to a 3 plates

MOD 3: BMU (5 Regular Pull-ups + 5 Green Band Dips), Pistols to a box

MOD 1: Green Band PU, 10 second half ring dip hold
