(Getting upside is fun and requires trust in your own abilities.  Being able to be confident in your ability to know where you are in space, to be strong enough to hold yourself up, and to be coordinated enough to not fall over are big game changers for us as adults.  This week I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone, do something that you have never done before, have fun with the process, and create a whole new dimension to your capabilities!  What will you do this week?)

Strength (15 minutes:)

10 Rounds:

2 Back Squat with 3 second pause on the bottom.

**Do a set every 90 seconds.  Start with a moderate weight and work up to go as heavy as possible for today. If we need to do this with a partner, have the second person go at the 30 second mark of each set.

 

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

On the 12 minute clock:

and in remaining time, complete AMRAP of:
Deadlift (225,155)

MOD 1: (205,145)
