Level 1 WOD:

then immediately:

2 rounds of:

15 Pull-ups

15 Front Squats (75,55)


Level 2 MODS:

M1: 30 strict Chin over PU, FS (95,65)

M2: 50 Kipping PU, FS (75,55)

M2: Med. Black Band PU, FS (65,45)

M3: Large Black Band PU, FS (45,35)
