Level 1 & 2 WOD:

To be completed Fight Gone Bad Style:
3 Rounds, 2 minutes at each station
Row for Calories
Thrusters (95,65)
Rest 2 minutes

**For this workout, you can pick which station you start from. Your goal is to get as many reps as possible within 2 minutes. You will immediately switch to the next station. After all 3 stations have been completed you will get a 2 minute rest. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
