Level 2 WOD

In teams of 4 complete:
7 rounds of:
Row for calories
Burpees
Box Jumps (24″,20″)
Triple Unders
*each person will start at a different station. You have 1 minute at each station to get as many reps as possible. Complete each station 7 times. Total score is combined total of all team members reps.

 

Level 1 WOD:

In teams of 4 complete:

Double Unders
*each person will start at a different station. You have 1 minute at each station to get as many reps as possible. Complete each station 7 times. Total score is combined total of all team members reps.

Level 2 MODS: none, head to level 1 WOD or practice triple unders and maybe get a zero for that station

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: BJ (20″, 3 plates), DU attempts

MOD 2: BJ (step-ups), singles (every 3 singles = 1 rep)
