Level 2 WOD:

Row 1000m
then, immediately complete:
7 rounds for time:
5 Bar Muscle-Ups (Men-Strict)
10 Burpees
15 Abmat Sit-ups (Feet in butterfly position, touch in front of feet)

 

Level 1 WOD:

Row 1000m
then, immediately complete:
5 rounds for time:
2 Wall Jumps (Big, Small)
10 Burpees
15 Abmat Sit-ups (Feet in butterfly position, touch in front of feet)

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: BMU (men-Kipping, women- big wall jumps (3))

MOD 2: BMU (Men-3 Big Wall Jumps, Women-3 Small Wall Jumps)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Walls (Men-Small, Women – Jump To support)
