Level 1 & 2 WOD:
This will be done in two heats if necessary..
Row 100 Calories
**At the top of each minute, stop and do 3 roll to candlestick
**Level 2 – 12 minute cutoff. You have to finish… so if you do not make the 12 minute cutoff, then you automatically get to move to the Level 1 cutoff.
**Level 1 – 15 minute cutoff
MOD 1: Reverse crunches (Drop down from standing, lift legs high in air, and then stick them straight out instead of standing up)
