Level 1 WOD:

5 Rounds:
20 burpees
40 Double Unders
20 Lunges with plate Overhead (35,25) (L+R=2)

MOD 1: Step-up (35#, 25#DB)

MOD 2: Step-up (25#DB, 20#KB)

MOD 3: Step-up (20#KB, 18#KB), DU attempts + 20 burpees

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: DU attempts, Plate (25,15)

MOD 2: Rapid Fire Hurdle Jumps, Plate (15,10)

MOD 3: Hurdle Jumps (no rapid fire necessary), Plate (10, no weight)
