Level 1 & 2  WOD:

AMRAP in 36 minutes:
Run 400m and then,
In the same amount of time if took you to run, do double unders
Rest 2 minutes and then…

Run 400m and then,
In the same amount of time it took you to run, do burpees
Rest 2 minutes and then start from the top
**For this workout, your score will be the total number of DU and Burpees you complete over the entire workout. Do not count the runs. The goal is to run FAST, so you aren’t doing reps for 5 minutes. Think of this as an interval, sprint type workout, which is why the 2 minute rest breaks are incorporated.
