(Jeremy crushed 15.5 and it all has to do with his awesome rowing skills.   Take note how his torso is at “11 o’clock”, the handle is at the bottom of his sternum.  These are a few of the things, rowing tutor videos all point out. Keep practicing until your rowing is just as good as Jeremy’s.)

Level 2 WOD

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Run 400m
8 Unbroken Overhead Squats (155,105)

**If you break on your OHS, you must carry at (20,14#) wall ball with you on the next run. If you do the next set unbroken, you do not have to take the ball again.

 

Level 1 WOD

8 Overhead Squats (75,55)
1 minute plank hold
