Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
400m Run
15/9 Strict Pull-ups

**If you start to notice that you legs are rising up to assist, count that as a NO REP. Give yourself a rest and try again. Or modify down to a set you can handle without any assistance or momentum.  Just get stronger through quality movement.
