Level 2 WOD:

7 Rounds:
Within a 2 minute time frame:
Run 200m
Push Press (95,65)
Rest 1 minute at the 2 minute mark and begin again.

**For this workout, you will have 2 minutes to complete a 200m run and as many push press reps as possible with the remaining time in the 2 minute segment. Your score will be the total number of push press completed over the 7 rounds. After each 2 minute segment, you will have 1 minute to rest.

 

Level 1 WOD:

Push Press (45,35)
Rest 1 minute at the 2 minute mark and begin again.
