Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 17 minutes:
Run 400m
5 Touch-n-Go Squat Cleans
10 Toes to Bar

**Athlete must start with a minimum of (75,55) on the bar or heavier. Add weight each round. If you fail to do 5 reps TNG, stop immediately, give me 5 burpees and then reduce the weight to the previous successful round for the remainder of the WOD.


Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 17 minutes:
Run 400m
5 Squat Cleans (no touch and go necessary) (75,55)
10 V-ups

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: T2B (knee to elbows)

MOD 2: T2B (v-ups)


Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: SC (45,35), leg raises on floor
