TABATA shoot throughs
**You will have 7 scores today 🙂 Your time on each run and the lowest score on any given round on each of the TABATAs. When you come in from your run, you can rest 1 minute before starting your TABATA sequence. After the TABATAs, you can rest 1 minute before starting your next run. This will take in the 35-40 minute neighborhood.
