Double Wall Jump (Big Wall, Small Wall, Small Wall, Big Wall–this is for both men and women)
1/3 Tire Flips (Men Large, Women Small)
Double Wall Jump


Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP In 14 minutes:
Run 400m
1 Wall Jump (Small Wall)
1 Tire Flip (Small Tire)
1 Wall Jump (Small Wall)

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: 4/4 small wall jumps  total each round, Men – 5 small tire flips


Level 1 MOD:

MOD 1: 3/3 Jump to support on wall, Flip tire with a partner
