Level 2 WOD:
3 Rounds: On the 2 minute mark
Run 200m, AMRAP Burpees
Run 200m, AMRAP Muscle-ups
Run 200m, AMRAP Toes to Bar

Level 1 WOD:
3 rounds, on the 2 minute mark:
Run 200m, AMRAP Burpees
Run 200m, AMRAP Wall Jumps (Big, Small)
2 minutes Sit-ups

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: MU (Tall Wall Jumps, Tall Jump to support), T2B (knees to elbows)

MOD 2: MU (Short Wall Jumps), T2B (v-ups)
