WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

Down/Back Handstand Walk

Down/Back DB Lunges (hold a DB in each hand at shoulder level, choose a medium/heavy weight)

 

**Modify Handstand Walks with:

A) Kick to Handstand with 40 shoulder taps (L+R=2)

B) 7 Wall walks (full ROM… hips and nose touch the wall)

C) 10 Partial Wall Walks (not as high up)

D) Plank Holds with 40 Shoulder taps or Hand Lifts (L+R=2)
