This WOD is specially designed for busy travelers who want to fit a quick workout into their packed schedule. The three workouts were specifically picked to get the heart pumping and to burn as many calories as possible in a very short amount of time. You’ll be surprised how energized and rejuvenated you will feel after only 5 minutes. 


AMRAP in 5 minutes:

3 burpees

20 mountain climbers (l+r=2)

10 sit-ups
