(So awesome to see the little kids mirroring their parents and doing things they couldn’t do before.  Here is Jaelyn working on her rope climb.  A few months ago she could barely to 2 pulls on it and this day, she almost made it to the top!  Whatever it is that you cannot do, keep working at it and it will come!)

75 Slam Balls (30,20)

50 Thrusters (95,65)

MOD 1: Thrusters (75,55)

MOD 2: Thrusters (45,35)
