Level 1 & 2 WOD:

15 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings
5 Tire Flips (or 1 Giant Tire Flip)
10 Kettlebell Swings
15 Toes To Bar

– Level 2 will do 5 rounds with KB (53,35). Level 1 will do 3 Rounds with KB (53,35) and Hanging Leg Raises are OK.
