20 Thrusters (95,65)
Rest 2 minutes
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
20 Pull-ups
20 Snatch (95,65)

**For this workout, Partner 1 will start knocking out reps at the count of 3,2,1…GO! They will get as many reps as they can in a 1 minute time frame. At the 1 minute mark, Partner 2 will take over where Partner 1 left off. At the top of each minute you will switch partners. So GO HARD when it is your turn. You will have 2 AMRAP scores for the workout.
