With a partner complete:

25 Pull-ups

50 Deadlifts (135,95)

50 Push-ups

50 Box Jump Overs (24″,20″)

50 Floor Wipers (45,35)

50 Kettlebell Snatch (35,20)

25 Pull-ups

Modify as needed. While Partner A completes there ENTIRE SET OF REPS, Partner B will complete the following:

AMRAP until your partner is done with their set:

10 weighted situps (45,35)

50 mountain climbers

Partner A will complete 25 pullups, while partner B does the AMRAP. Switch.. Partner B does 25 pullups, Partner A does the AMRAP. Etc…..

Score will be a time to complete the chipper and a total number of reps completed from the AMRAP (combine both Partner’s reps)
