12 Deadlifts (135,95)
9 Hang Power Cleans (135,95)
30 Air Squats

 

***While one partner completes one full round, the other partner will complete an AMRAP 175m farmer carries L2 – 53,35KBs and L1 – 35,25 DBs until their partner finishes the round.

Level 2: Each partner will complete 5 rounds of the above. Level 1: each partner will complete 3 rounds of the above.  Score will be a time to finish plus the number of full laps of farmer carries.
