In teams of 4:

Row 2000m as a team…each person does 500m
50 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
50 Ab-Mat Situps with Slam Ball (30,20)
50 Deadlift (135,95)
Wall Balls (20,14)

Row 2000m as a team


**Start with the row, one rower per team. Once completed, each partner starts in a different station and completes their designated reps. Hold plank while the rest of your team completes their work. Once every person has completed their work, switch to the next station. Finish with another 2000m row as a team.
