Level 2 WOD:

For time:
20 Sumo Deadlift Hi Pulls (115,75)
30 Thrusters (115,75)
40 Overhead Lunges (115,75)(L+R=2)
50 Back Squats (115,75)

**At the top of each minute, stop and complete 5 ball slams (30,20). WOD will start with SDHP.

 

Level 1 WOD:
