Split Jerk

3-2-1

**All sets should be unbroken reps. You will add weight each round and should not need to decrease weight at all. Complete the strict press, then push press, then split Jerk. Rest exactly 45 seconds between sets (have your weights ready). The set of one should be the heaviest lift of the day!
