WOD:

With a Partner complete:

10 rounds each of:

5 Heavy Power Cleans (find a weight that is heavy for both partners.. you will do the same weight)

15 Wall Balls (medium)

 

**This is a showdown! Partner A will complete one round while Partner B rests. Then switch. The goal is to beat your partners time on each round. For scoring purposes, we will write down the fastest round each person completes.   You can take a little reset time between rounds to write down scores and get the other person started, but no more than 30 seconds.

**Whichever Partner has the slower time will have a penalty to complete at he end of the WOD. No, it’s not Burpees!!
