WOD:

“Silver Bells”

**Every 2 minutes on the 2 minute x 10 rounds

2 Squat Clean

4 Front Rack Lunge (L+R=2)

2 Split Jerk

10 Lateral Bar Jumps (L+R=2)

 

**Start with 50% of your 1RM Jerk.  Add weight each round to work up to as heavy as possible today.
