Level 2 WOD:

For time:
100 Sit-ups
25 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
10 Front Squats @75% of your 1 rep max

 

Level 1 WOD:

For time:
100 Sit-ups
25 Pull-ups
10 Front Squats (115,75)

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: FS (70% of 1 RM if heavier than 115,75)

MOD 2: FS (65% of 1 RM if heavier than 115,75)

MOD 3: Chin Over Pull-ups and if 60% of your 1RM Front Squat is heavier than (115,75).  If your FS weight will be less than (115,75)… do the Level 1 WOD.

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Green Band PU, (95,65)

MOD 2: Med. Black Band PU, (75,55)

MOD 3: Lg. Black Band PU, (45,35)
